I like to have something nicer on an everyday basis, but there were parts of the glasses I had that were too thin. Over time, a bump here, a tip over there, and all were broken. This set looks nice, has good proportion, and even looks thin in the picture, but is thicker, with solid connection from stem etc. I haven’t bumped it yet, but I am confident that it won’t break from minimal abuse like that. There are no “lines” that are so tacky on cheap glasses, but it also isn’t as elegant as cut glass. I recommend for styling a bit more regularly, with less risk of breakage of something pricey. The only real complaint is that bases on most of mine are not perfectly flat, and thus may wobble a bit a truly flat surface. I decided not to drop the star level, because of the value proposition.

This is my second set of wine glasses and I use them every day. I hand wash them to make sure they still shine and keep them strong, don’t believe that dish washers are good for glasses. I have had my first set for four years and ordered a second set as my family has grown. I think you will love them as much as I do.

I had 2 of these glasses and looked everywhere for more. Luckily I found them on Amazon. I love them they are sturdy and beautiful.

I know that I gave this a 3 star rating when my feature ratings are all 5 star. The reason for that is that i had a set of these that I bought several years ago. They were beautiful – crystal clear, sharply etched. I wanted to have a few more to use for water goblets when entertaining. I ordered these and when I looked at them I could tell immediately that the manufacturing had changed. These were exactly the same as the ones I had, but they were significantly more cloudy and the cuts in the side were not as sharp and precise. The others looked almost hand done. These definitely had the look of being machine made. If one didn’t want to match a set however, these might very well be just fine. The value for money is very good and they are such pretty glasses. They just weren’t quite good enough for what I was looking for though. I ultimately found some on eBay that by the photos looked like ones that would match mine. I took a chance on them and they were indeed a match. I had to pay more for those used ones than these new ones on Amazon, but at least I got what I was looking for.

These wine glasses are so pretty that I bought a second set. They are thicker glass than most wine glasses, but thatβs another thing that I like about them.

There is no shine, and the glasses look very dull and cloudy. The rim is very thick! I am returning them!
