Not happy with this. The package looked fine and then I opened it and this is what I got. It would look great if it wasn’t broken so I’m gonna fix it myself. Very disappointed

Like many others here, it was snapped in two at the top of the stem. All of the packaging was fine. Save your money and buy something of better quality.

Product arrived broken into 2 pieces! The goblet part is so too heavy that it must have snapped during delivery. Package was not wrapped enough to protect from breaking either.So not worth almost $50! Don’t waste your money!It was a clean break so I am able to superglue it back together, but I shouldn’t have to do that. Keeping it for myself instead of giving it as a gift to my niece. Only keeping because it can be superglued and is still a cool looking cup.

Aethsteticly amazing. Practically…. almost useless. Very nice as a shelf piece, but the material cracks and chips wayyy to easily. 1st one came in broken with 0 damage to the out box or original packaging. The replacement broke and chipped within a week.

My boyfriend and I got these for each other for Christmas. I got Ravenclaw. He got Huffelpuff. The first Ravenclaw one came and wouldn’t stand up. The bottom was uneven. And not by just a bit. There was a full half inch of tilt on it at LEAST. We returned that one and it’s replacement came and is also crooked. Granted it’s nowhere NEAR as bad. It’s still noticeable. The Huffelpuff one however, arrived broken. It looked like it had been stepped on or run over the first time. I ordered a replacement that has ALSO arrived broken. This one only has 1 small piece of bubble wrap in the box to “protect” it. The whole thing was loose and just rattling around in the box tho. This is really frustrating. $43 for a cup and I can’t even get it delivered in ONE PIECE… 3rd time is the charm… HOPEFULLY. If it comes broken this time I’m just giving up… My frustration is mostly with Amazon. However I do wish Nemisis Now had slightly better quality control and would maybe package them a little better too. The boxes they come in are way too big and have way too much empty space in them for the cup to move around in. I feel like they should also come in slightly stronger boxes… The ones they come in feel cheap and thin… Not to mention. The flimsy piece of cardboard they have as the “protector” in the box just creates more dead space and doesn’t allow the cup to be tightly packed and properly protected.
