This is a beautiful piece. Viski makes very elegant bar ware. Stir up an old fashioned or a Manhattan in this and your guests will be impressed.The one thing I don’t like is that the diameter is about .25” narrower than a typical hawthorn strainer. I either turn the hawthorn upside down or use a Julep strainer. It just bothers me. You don’t buy this piece unless you have high standards and enjoy the art of making cocktails.

Nice mixing glass with heavy bottom and decorative hatch pattern on the outside. Looks impressive on the bar and works well. One downside is that the box says hand wash only. For a commercial bar if it is not sturdy enough to stand up to a dishwasher it won’t be much good. It may have mentioned hand wash but I did not see it when I was looking at it before purchase.

I used to just make drinks in individual cups, like a cave dweller, now I see why these are so popular. Unless you’re an incel, this is a must if you like to make drinks at home.

Good price seems well made I only gave it 4 stars because my strainer almost doesn’t fit because the mouth is a bit too wide. I compare with cocktail Kingdom 800 mill mixer and the same strainer fits much better on that one but it cost twice as much. Overall it is ok I just have to be careful on the pours.

I had to order this twice. The first time it canceled the order automatically and refunded me. The second time I ordered it, it came 3 weeks late… For the price, I was definitely thinking I was going to get something of higher quality, and although its not bad, it is incredibly thin… Definitely not worth the price… For $40, and the brand it came from, and that it was super late delivery, I do not recommend the 800ml “crystal” glass…

So glass breaks. It happens… but I think this is more of a stress fracture with a fault in the glass. Who knows. I’ve actually ordered another one to see if it can last more than 20 days. If it does, I’ll change the rating to 5 stars because this is a really nice mixing glass. If it doesn’t, then I’ll adjust accordingly. Hand washed only and rack dried.

The glass works perfectly for what it’s for. I really like it, perfect for what I needed, pour spout works well. Nice heavy bottom so you can stir without holding it. My Hawthorne strainer fits perfectly. Honestly, really nice in every aspect
